Overview

RED-C Group is a luxury-focused real estate development firm led by founder and CEO Noam Ziv, who brings more than 30 years of experience in high-end construction and development. With an active portfolio, including the start of Glass House Boca Raton, the firm needed a polished digital presence that reflected its leadership, credibility, and growing project list.

Although RED-C already owned its domain and branding, the company had no functioning website. HypeSmack was brought in to build a modern, streamlined WordPress site that would introduce the firm, highlight its development philosophy, and provide a scalable framework for future project showcases.

The Challenge

RED-C Group needed a website that communicated sophistication and trust while remaining simple, functional, and aligned with the firm’s brand. The site needed to:

Establishing a Clean UX Foundation

We began by defining a lean, intentional site architecture that reflected the firm’s minimalist luxury brand. The goal was to communicate authority with as few clicks as possible while giving potential partners and investors a clear sense of who RED-C Group is and what it delivers.

Custom WordPress Build Aligned With the Brand

Working within RED-C Group’s existing branding, we developed a custom WordPress website with a refined, restrained visual language. The design emphasizes simplicity, space, and typography; mirroring the firm’s luxury development aesthetic.
The build included:

  • Implementing WP Legal for terms, policies, and disclosures

  • Improving backend structure so updates can be made easily as the firm grows
